Cloer, Hudson, Owens join MST’s seven other partners.
Atlanta, GA— 1/4/2021 — MST, a Top 200 Firm, has announced that three of its associates have been named partners in the Georgia-based accounting and advisory firm.
“We are excited to welcome Trent, Lee, and Erin to our partnership group,” said MST Managing Partner Angela Griner. “Throughout their careers with MST, they all have excelled in their individual practice areas and emerged as leaders in the organization. Trent Cloer, CPA
Trent joined MST in 2011. He specializes in audit and assurance services for closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations in industries including construction, manufacturing, and information technology. He also consults in areas like mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, and financial reporting compliance.
Before joining MST, Trent worked for a privately held company and a regional accounting firm. He earned a B.S.in Mathematics from the University of Georgia and Master of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina.
Lee Hudson, CPA
An Alabama native, Lee relocated to Georgia and began working for MST in 2007. He provides tax services for the firm, specializing in compliance for closely held businesses and family investment partnerships. He also serves on the firm’s strategic planning committee.
Lee graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy. Prior to joining MST, he worked in public accounting in the Birmingham, AL, area.
Erin Owens, CPA
Erin relocated from the metro Washington, D.C. area in 2002 and joined MST, where she specializes in tax services. She serves clientele ranging from closely held companies and their related family investments to large corporations in numerous industries. She also has extensive tax and advisory service experience for high net worth individuals.
Prior to her nearly 20-year career at MST, Erin worked in the technology tax consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington and Jefferson College and has completed post-graduate courses in taxation from American University.
