Elizabeth Sorrells

Elizabeth joined MST Wealth Management LLC in May 2002. She has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She has held senior management positions with three major investment management firms, focusing on sales management and client services.

Prior to joining the financial services industry in 1983, Elizabeth was a practicing attorney specializing in taxation, securities, real estate and corporate law. She has co-authored two books: “Financial Planning Under the New Rules: An Investor’s Guide to the Tax Reform Act of 1986” and “Tax Reform Act of 1986: The Financial Planner Seminar Series”.

Elizabeth received her J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and her Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan College. She also completed graduate tax work at Emory University Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the International Association for Financial Planning.
