Bruce has been with the Firm since January 2004 and provides tax and financial consulting services to clients in the real estate development industry.

Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences from Duke University.  Prior to joining Moore Stephens Tiller, he served as the Director of Tax for the Portman Companies for 15 years.  He founded his own consulting business in 1998 through which he still served the Portman Companies as well as welcoming new clients.

Bruce represents the Firm and his clients at the Real Estate Roundtable, a Washington, D.C. based trade association for the real estate industry, focusing on Federal Tax Policy for the industry. He currently chairs the Board of Trustees for his church, St. James United Methodist Church.
